Today's title is meant to inject an air of intrigue into
what will at best be a mundane day, and at worst, a rotten day. It’s actually a Wood (would) Dragon day, which
clashes with the monthly sign of Dog. Consequently, the book of nature
recommends only redecorating rooms or fixing walls.
In the Twelve Stations,
it is a “Broken” day which favours only taking things apart to rebuild or
refine.
A saving grace perhaps comes from the Twenty Eight Lunar Mansions which defines today as a Winnowing
Basket, making it ideal for starting new ventures. However and here’s the “rotten”
part, in ancient times it was known as a basket for collecting dung, as it was
found at the Dragon’s tail-end.
Although manure is highly prized in some circles, I would
personally postpone any major decision making until tomorrow; a much better
day.
A Wood Dragon needs both Metal and Water elements to balance
today's clash and as luck would have it, we have this in annual and monthly qi.
Consequently, Matt Dillon, Juliette Binoche , Russell Crowe , Lenny Kravitz ,
Sandra Bullock, Clive Owen, Joss Stone, Tom Clancy, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Seth
Rogan, Jennifer Garner, Maria Sharapova and Kirsten Dunst
may only have a mundane day.
